I have another blog called Sunshine and Showers

Blogging about my life present, past and future. The good and the bad. Having suffered from anxiety and depression over a number of years I wanted to share my experiences to try and help anyone who feels like no one understands or can relate! Trust me I can and there is light at the end of tunnel!!
